The Makita XCC01Z 18V LXT Brushless 5-inch Dry/Wet Masonry Saw is a high-powered cordless wet saw designed for tough applications. It can cut through tile, masonry, concrete, and more. Using the Makita XCC01Z is straightforward. First, if you're using it for wet cutting, connect the water supply attachment kit and adjust the water flow as needed. Make sure to follow OSHA regulations for water use in masonry cutting. For dry cutting, pair the saw with an AWS-equipped dust extractor (sold separately) using Bluetooth. When starting the saw, use the two-action lock-off power switch for safety. Adjust the depth of cut according to your needs. The saw has a large spindle lock button, which makes it easy to change the blade, even when you're wearing gloves. Keep in mind that the batteries and charger are sold separately.
