Using your Milwaukee 2854-21HO M18 FUEL 3/8 Compact Impact Wrench is easy. First, charge the M18 CP3AH high Output Battery using the M12/M18 Charger. Once charged, insert the battery into the impact wrench. Select the appropriate mode from the 4-Mode DRIVE CONTROL according to your task. For normal fastening, you can choose a lower mode. When dealing with stubborn fasteners, a higher mode will provide more power. For hand-tight fastening, select Mode 4 to prevent overtightening. When removing bolts, Mode 4's Bolt Removal Control will help you avoid fastener drops. When using the tool, make sure you're in an environment suitable for it, as it can work in up to 69kV environments. Keep in mind that the tri-LEDs around the anvil will give you good lighting in the workspace. As for maintenance, after each use, wipe the tool clean to remove any dust or debris. Store it in the contractor bag provided to protect it from damage. Periodically check the battery and charger for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, don't use the tool and contact customer service.
