Product Description

The Milwaukee M12 Rivet Tool Kit is a game - changer in the world of riveting. It's the first cordless option that offers fast and easy riveting without sacrificing performance, durability, or size. The 2550 - 20 model can handle up to 3/16' stainless steel rivets. On a single 1.5 a/hr. charge, it can pull 450 1/8” steel rivets, reducing muscle effort by over 60% compared to hand tools. Without the need for compressors or hoses during setup and operation, it's an excellent alternative to pneumatic products. It lasts 2X longer than current cordless solutions, making it tough enough for common jobsite use. Measuring just 6.5” in length, it's the most compact cordless rivet tool on the market, giving you easy access in tight spaces. This tool is part of the M12 battery platform, which offers over 90 solutions with a single battery system. The kit includes (1) M12 rivet tool (2550 - 20), (2) M12 compact battery packs 1.5Ah (48 - 11 - 2401), (1) M12 battery charger (48 - 59 - 2401), and (1) Contractor Bag. Features include the ability to pull up to 3/16' stainless steel rivets, 450 1/8' steel rivets per charge, and it can work with 3/32', 1/8', 5/32', 3/16' rivets. It has a 0.8' stroke length, 2,000 lbs. pull force, and can hold rivets in any orientation. With a nose reach of 1.55', it uses 3/32' - 3/16' all - material rivets and comes with mandrel sizes of 3/32', 1/8', 5/32', 3/16'. It doesn't have a swivel head. Specifications are 6.5' in length, 10.75' in height, and 2.63' in width.

Using the Milwaukee M12 Rivet Tool is easy. First, make sure your M12 battery is fully charged. Insert the battery into the tool. Here are some important things to note. Always wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from flying debris. Don't use the tool in wet or damp conditions. Store the tool in a dry place. For maintenance, regularly clean the tool to remove dirt and debris. Check the battery contacts for any signs of corrosion and clean them if necessary.
