Using the Milwaukee M12 FUEL 1/2 Inch Right Angle Impact Wrench is a breeze. First, make sure you've got a compatible M12 REDLITHIUM Battery Pack installed. When you're ready to work, select the appropriate mode on the 4 - Mode Drive Control. For precision tasks, use Modes 1 - 3 to adjust the RPM and IPM. If you're tightening bolts, Mode 4's Auto Shut - off Mode will prevent over - tightening. When removing bolts, switch to reverse and let the Bolt Removal Mode give you better control as the RPMs slow down once the bolt is loose. Remember to always wear safety gear like goggles and gloves. When it comes to maintenance, keep the tool clean and dry. Wipe it down after each use, especially if it's been exposed to corrosive materials. The premium rubber overmold is tough, but still be careful not to damage it. Also, store the tool in a cool, dry place and make sure to charge the battery properly according to the manufacturer's instructions. And don't forget, this tool can work in up to 69kV environments, but always follow safety procedures for electrical work.
