Product Description

Instruction Sheet. Brochure. Greenlee 625-7/8 Specs: A 7/8' (22.2 mm) carbide-tipped hole cutter for 1/2' conduit, with a minimum 1/4' chuck size. Features: Multiple tungsten carbide tips ensure long lifespan and smooth cutting. Quickly cut high-quality, accurate holes in stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and steel. A flange stop prevents over-drilling. The replaceable cobalt steel pilot drill has a split-point tip, enhancing performance, resisting walking, and eliminating the need for a center punch. Maximum cutting depth is 8 gauge (4 mm).

Using this Greenlee hole cutter is straightforward. First, make sure your drill has a chuck size of at least 1/4'. Attach the hole cutter to the drill properly. You can start cutting holes in materials like stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and steel. The flange stop on the cutter will prevent you from drilling too deep, so you don't have to worry about over - drilling. Thanks to the split - point tip on the replaceable cobalt steel pilot drill, you don't need to use a center punch. Just place the cutter where you want the hole and start drilling. It will cut fast and give you accurate, high - quality holes. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the cutter to remove any debris. Check the tungsten carbide tips regularly. If they show significant wear, it might be time to replace the cutter. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting and keep it in good working condition.
