Product Description

INCLUDES: This set comes with an Intelli - Punch™ 11 - Ton Battery - Hydraulic Knockout Driver. You'll also get punches and dies for 1/2' to 2' conduit sizes using the Slug - Buster® design, and standard round punches and dies for 3' and 4' conduit sizes. It includes 7/16', 3/4', and 1 - 1/8' draw studs. There are two 18V 3.0Ah Li - Ion batteries and a 120VAC charger. A handy carrying case is also provided. FEATURES: The set is designed for 1/2' conduit (0.89' or 22.5 mm). The Slug - Buster® punch profile is great as it splits slugs, making slug removal a breeze. The punch has a knurled edge for a better grip. There are laser markings for fast part identification and alignment markings for more accurate work. The punches and dies are proudly made in the USA. It can be used with the KRW - 1 ratchet wrench and replaces the 60246 model. SPECIFICATIONS: It has a length of 9 inches, a width of 3.25 inches, a height of 1.5 inches, and a volume of 43.875 cubic inches.

Using this Greenlee knockout set is straightforward. First, charge the 18V 3.0Ah Li - Ion batteries with the 120VAC charger. Once charged, insert the battery into the Intelli - Punch™ 11 - Ton Battery - Hydraulic Knockout Driver. Select the appropriate punch and die according to the conduit size you're working on. Place the punch and die on the conduit where you need the knockout. Use the driver to make the knockout. The Slug - Buster® design will split the slug, making it easy to remove. When using the set, always wear appropriate safety gear like gloves and safety glasses. Make sure the conduit is properly secured to avoid any movement during the knockout process. Don't use the set with damaged punches or dies as it can affect the quality of the knockout and may be dangerous. For maintenance, after each use, clean the punches and dies to remove any debris. You can use a clean cloth and a little bit of lubricant. Store the set in the provided carrying case in a dry place. Check the batteries regularly and charge them when the power is low. This will keep your set in good working condition for a long time.
