Using the Milwaukee 2660 - 22CT M18 FUEL™ 1/4 Blind Rivet Tool is easy. First, make sure the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ battery is fully charged and inserted into the tool. Then, select the appropriate nose piece for the rivet size you're using. Insert the rivet into the nose piece and place the tool on the rivet hole. Squeeze the trigger, and the tool will pull the mandrel, setting the rivet. When the mandrel breaks off, it will collect in the mandrel collector. As for maintenance, keep the tool clean and dry. After each use, remove any debris from the jaws and the mandrel collector. Check the battery regularly and charge it as needed. If you notice any issues with the tool's performance, like slower riveting speed or reduced pulling force, it might be time to check the battery or the jaws. Replace the jaws if they show excessive wear. Also, make sure to use the tool within its specified capacity, such as not trying to set rivets larger than the recommended size. This will help keep the tool working well and extend its lifespan.
