This Klein Tools belt includes a single fixed body belt style. It features a Klein-Kord® belt pad with two pocket tabs, a 4-3/4' (120.6 mm) rolled-edge leather belt cushion without padding, and a 1-3/4' (44 mm) wide 6-ply Klein-Kord® belt strap. Equipped with straight double-bar D-rings, it meets or surpasses OSHA, ASTM, and CSA standards. The belt also has four suspender rings, a tape thong, a glove-bag ring, a two-way knife snap, and long-lasting 1-1/2' (38 mm) wide double-riveted leather tool loops. With a waist size ranging from 44' to 36' (111.8 to 91.4 cm), it's made of leather, nylon, and Klein-Kord with alloy steel hardware. The brown belt uses a forged single tongue buckle and has two anchor points, with an overall width of 4.75' (12.1 cm). Lineman belts are essential for workers climbing and working on utility poles. They support the lower back during climbing, help keep the correct position for hands-free work, connect to pole-climbing straps to prevent falls, and link to positioning lanyards to keep workers in place. The side D-rings, tool loops, and other attachment points allow workers to carry and access tools easily.
How to use: First, adjust the belt to fit your waist size between 44' and 36'. Connect the belt to the pole - climbing straps and positioning lanyards. Attach your tools to the side D - rings, tool loops, and other attachment points. When climbing, lean back gently to use the belt's support for your lower back. Notice: Make sure all connections are secure before climbing. Check the belt for any signs of wear or damage regularly. Avoid overloading the belt with too many heavy tools. Maintenance: Clean the belt with a mild soap and water solution. Let it dry naturally. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you find any parts are damaged, replace them immediately to ensure your safety.
