Using the Klein Tools 88904 Professional Tube Cutter is a breeze. First, select the tube you want to cut that's within the 1/8' to 1 - 3/8' (0.3 to 3.5 cm) range of steel or copper tubing. Place the tube in the cutter. The 4 - roller tracking system will keep it stable. Then, start turning the handle to cut through the tube. When it comes to the reaming part, just use the tool as you would with any reaming job. There's an extra cutting wheel included. If you need to use it, simply remove the screw at the back and open the handle. You can also buy a replacement cutting wheel (Cat. No. 88905) when needed. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the cutter to remove any debris. Keep it in a dry place to prevent rust. And make sure to regularly check the cutting wheel for wear and tear.
