Using this wire stripper is easy. First, select the appropriate wire size (#16 to #26 AWG). Then, place the wire in the correct hole on the stripper. Apply gentle pressure - it only needs one - third of the normal hand pressure. Pull the wire through the stripper to remove the insulation. Remember, this stripper is designed for Type E TEFLON® (600V) wires, so don't use it on other types of wires. For maintenance, keep it clean and dry. After each use, wipe it down to remove any debris. If the blades seem dull over time, it might be time to replace the stripper to ensure continued accurate stripping.
