Using this dual station abrasive notcher is easy. First, make sure the safety on/off switch is off. Then, select the appropriate roller for your task. You can easily change the rollers without tools. Next, choose the right belt from the three standard replacement belts (36G, 60G, and 80G) and install it. The forward and reverse switch allows you to adjust the belt direction as needed. When you're ready, turn on the machine using the safety switch. You can use the multi - positional hand lever vise to hold your workpiece securely. After use, turn off the machine. Clean up the debris through the two 3 dust ports. Keep the mandrels and rollers in the convenient storage location in the stand. For maintenance, regularly check the motor and belts. If you notice any issues with the belts, replace them promptly with the standard replacement belts. Also, make sure the machine is placed on a stable surface to avoid any vibrations during operation.
