Using the Milwaukee 2820-20PS M18 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer is a breeze. First, make sure you have a fully charged M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC3.0 Battery (sold separately) and insert it into the battery compartment on the Powered Base. Then, pour your spraying solution into the tank through the wide mouth opening. The strainer will keep debris out. Adjust the pressure using the 5 - mode pressure adjustment knob according to your needs, from 20 to 120 PSI. You can choose different nozzles like the adjustable, fan, or angled nozzle adaptor for various spraying patterns. When using different chemicals, simply swap out the Tank Assembly to prevent cross - chemical contamination. As for storage, use the transport handle to easily move and store the sprayer. For maintenance, after each use, empty the tank and rinse it thoroughly. Check the Viton® seals regularly for any signs of wear and replace them if needed. Also, keep an eye on the dual diaphragm pump. If you notice any decrease in performance, it might be time for a check - up. With proper use and maintenance, this sprayer will serve you well for a long time.
