Using this Milwaukee M18 FUEL™ Rotary Hammer with Dust Extractor Kit is easy. First, charge the M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT 6.0 Batteries using the rapid charger. Then, insert the battery into the rotary hammer. You can choose from three modes - Rotary Hammer, Hammer Only, or Rotary Only, depending on your job. When drilling, the AUTOSTOP™ Kickback Control will protect you if the tool gets stuck. For dust extraction, connect the dust extractor to the rotary hammer. The built - in adjustable depth stop and ruler help you make precise holes. After each use, the AUTOPULSE™ Filter Cleaning Mechanism will clean the filter automatically. To empty the dust box, use the vacuum port with a large vacuum or dust extractor instead of dumping. As for maintenance, keep the tool clean and dry. Check the batteries regularly for proper charging. If the HEPA filter is too dirty, replace it as needed. Make sure to store the tool in a safe place when not in use.
