Using the Makita PDC01 is easy. First, put on the adjustable harness to carry the backpack comfortably. Then, connect your Makita 18V LXT or 18V LXT X2 (36V) cordless tool to the adapter. If you need a stationary power supply, just detach the battery box from the harness. When using, keep an eye on the LED battery charge level indicator to know when the batteries need charging. Make sure to only use genuine Makita batteries and chargers as other types may not work well or could damage the power supply. After each use, clean the power supply with a dry cloth. If it gets dirty or wet, wipe it down carefully. Keep it in a dry place. This product comes with a 3 - year limited warranty, so if you have any issues, contact the Makita customer service.
