Features: Cuts stainless steel fast and easy. The quick-change arbor lets you swap cutter heads with a simple push and turn, and you can use the same arbor for different sizes. Removable cutter heads range from 5/8'' to 3''. A flange stop stops over-drilling. An ejector spring on sizes over 3/4'' makes slug removal a breeze. There's a replaceable cobalt-steel pilot drill with a split-point tip to prevent wandering. Precision carbide teeth ensure top performance and long-lasting durability. Minimum chuck size is 3/8'' (9.5 mm).

Using your Greenlee 645-3/4 hole cutter is easy. First, make sure you have the 645-011 arbor, which is sold separately. Attach the cutter head to the arbor with a simple push and turn. When drilling, the flange stop will prevent you from drilling too deep. For sizes larger than 3/4'', the ejector spring will help you easily remove the slug. The replaceable cobalt-steel pilot drill with a split - point tip will keep the cutter from wandering. Just remember to use a chuck with a minimum size of 3/8'' (9.5 mm). As for maintenance, after each use, clean the cutter head to remove any debris. Check the precision carbide teeth regularly, and if they're worn out, consider replacing the cutter head. Store the cutter in a dry place to prevent rusting, especially since it's made for cutting stainless steel.
