Using this Greenlee cutter is easy. First, make sure your drill chuck is at least 3/8' to fit the cutter properly. You can quickly change the cutter heads by simply pushing and turning the Quick Change arbor. When cutting stainless steel, place the cutter on the material and start drilling. The flange stop will prevent you from drilling too deep. After cutting, if you're using a size over 3/4', the ejector spring will help you remove the slug easily. For maintenance, keep the cutter clean after each use. You can replace the cobalt - steel pilot drill if it gets worn out. Also, make sure to store it in a dry place to maintain the precision carbide teeth. Always check that the tip of the pilot drill is in good condition to prevent it from walking during use.
