Using the DeWalt DCW200B sander is easy. First, make sure you have a compatible 20V MAX* battery and charger (sold separately). Attach the sandpaper using the paper clamp, which holds it securely and is simple to install. Adjust the speed using the variable-speed dial according to your task, ranging from 12,000 to 14,000 OPM. For dust collection, you can use the one-handed locking dust bag that attaches firmly to the sander. Or, if you have a DWV010 or DWV012 dust collector (sold separately), connect the sander directly to it. If you want to use other vacuum systems with 1 - 1/4 in. hoses, you'll need the DWV9000 universal quick connector (sold separately). When using the sander, hold it with the comfortable texturized rubber overmold grip. The low profile height helps you get close to the work surface for precise sanding. As for maintenance, keep the dust - sealed switch clean to protect it from dust ingestion and ensure a long life. If you're using a 6 Ah battery or larger, you can consider getting the long dust chute (Part Number N684701, not included). Always follow the safety instructions in the user manual.
