The Sandsmart™ control system continuously monitors the drum motor's load. It automatically adjusts the conveyor motor's speed to maintain the highest feed rate without overloading, ensuring efficient sanding.
You can easily adjust the conveyor bed's parallelism by turning the dial on the outside of the bed, no tools needed. The parallelism adjust dial has a stop for quickly returning the conveyor bed to a flat position.
The dust hood comes with an integrated channel that mimics the drum's shape. It effectively directs chips and dust to the 4-inch collection port, keeping your workspace clean.

Place the workpiece on the conveyor bed, and the redesigned conveyor system will pull it through the sander.
