Using your Milwaukee 2912-22 M18 FUEL™ 1 SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Kit is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged and inserted correctly into the tool. You can choose from three modes - Rotary Hammer, Hammer Only, or Rotary Only, depending on your task. For drilling, select the appropriate drill bit and secure it in the chuck. Start the tool gently and apply steady pressure as you drill. When using the AUTOSTOP™ Kickback Control, be aware that it's there to protect you if the tool gets stuck. If this happens, the tool will stop to prevent over-rotation. Remember to wear safety goggles and gloves while using the tool. For maintenance, after each use, clean the tool with a dry cloth. Check the drill bit for any signs of wear and replace it if necessary. Keep the battery in a cool, dry place and charge it regularly to maintain its performance. If you're not using the tool for a long time, remove the battery to avoid over-discharge.
