Using the DeWalt DW079LR Rotary Laser is easy. First, charge the 20V MAX* battery with the provided charger. Then, attach the laser to the tripod using the 5/8” Tripod Adapter. You can use the detector to increase the range up to 2000 feet. For alignment, use the vertical and horizontal alignment features, and the dual - axis slope mode for special projects. When using it, wear the enhancement glasses for better visibility. Keep in mind that the laser has a self - leveling range of 5°. Don't expose it to extreme conditions as it has an IP67 rating but still needs proper care. After use, store it in the TSTAK® Storage Case to protect it from damage. Regularly check the battery charge and clean the lens of the laser to maintain its performance.
