Product Description

Greenlee 730BB-1-1/2 Specs: Hole size is 1-1/2' (38.1 mm). The punch unit includes a 3207AV punch, 3208AV die, and 249AVBB draw stud. It can handle mild steel up to 10 gauge (3.5 mm). Ideal for punching mild steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and plastic. You can operate it with battery-powered, hydraulic, ratchet, or manual drivers. When using battery-powered, hydraulic, or ratchet drivers, just buy the punch and die as the draw stud comes with the driver kit. The hole size matches the outside diameter of US conduit sizes, like a 1/2' conduit size punch making a 7/8' hole. It also fits Pg (European standard) and ISO (International Standards Organization) pipe sizes. Features: These round standard metal punch units come complete with punch, die, and draw stud. They work well with various drivers. Once properly assembled through pilot holes, they create clean, quick, and accurate holes.

Using the Greenlee 730BB-1-1/2 punch unit is easy. First, pick the right driver - you can use a battery - powered, hydraulic, ratchet, or manual one. If you're using a battery - powered, hydraulic, or ratchet driver, you don't need to worry about the draw stud as it's part of the driver kit. Just get the punch and die. When you're ready to punch, make sure to assemble the unit properly through the pilot holes. This will help you get clean, fast, and accurate holes. You can use this punch unit on mild steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and plastic, but remember its capacity is up to 10 - gauge mild steel (3.5 mm). As for maintenance, keep the punch and die clean after each use. Check them regularly for any signs of wear and tear. If you notice any damage, replace the parts as needed to ensure the unit continues to work well.
