Using the Ideal 35-782 is a breeze. First, identify the type of cable you're working with - it can handle BX, MCAP, MC, and Flex cables. Then, place the cable in the cutter and turn the handle a few times. The blade will slice through the armor cleanly without damaging the inner conductors. Remember, the handle knob can hold up to six replacement blades. If your blade gets dull, you can replace it with the 35-781 replacement blades, which are sold separately.
