Using the Greenlee 9505 is a breeze. First, decide if you want to use it as a flat cart for wire dispensing or an upright hand caddy. If you're dispensing wire, lay the cart flat and place your wire spools on the solid steel spindles. You can load up to 12 spools of #12 AWG wire or 8 spools of #10 AWG wire, but make sure not to exceed the maximum total spool weight of 200 lbs. or 4000' of #10 AWG wire. When using it as a hand caddy, stand it upright. The 10' diameter pneumatic tire makes it easy to move around the job site. Just be careful not to lift more than 250 lbs. with the dolly. As for maintenance, keep an eye out for any signs of wear on the tire and spindles. If you notice any loose parts, which are unlikely thanks to the pinless design, make sure to check and secure them.
