Using this crimping tool is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. Then, select the appropriate Kwik Cycle 9 Crimping Die for your terminal or DSV connector. Place the connector in the crimping head. You can rotate the head to get the best angle. Start the crimping process. If you need to adjust the connector, you can retract the ram in the middle of the cycle. When using, always keep the work area well - lit with the built - in LED light. As for maintenance, after each use, wipe the tool clean to remove any dirt or debris. Check the battery regularly. If it's running low, recharge it. Store the tool in a dry place to prevent damage. Also, make sure to use only compatible Greenlee 52176 and 52177 batteries to avoid any issues.
