Product Description

This DeWalt DCV585B 60V Max Flexvolt dust extractor comes bare and is a powerful solution for your jobsite needs. It includes one DCV585 60V MAX dust extractor, a Wireless Tool Control™ remote, a fleece bag, and two HEPA filters. With 125 CFM, it offers OSHA Table 1 compliant solutions for up to 5 - inch tuckpointing and surfacing applications when used with a proper dust shroud. The automatic filter - cleaning feature with dual filters keeps the unit running smoothly. The included HEPA filter meets the EPA's Lead Related Renovations, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule. You can control the extractor wirelessly with the included remote or a Wireless Tool Control™ enabled tool. It's T - Stak compatible, allowing it to stack with other DEWALT® T - Stak storage systems. The 8 - foot long anti - static hose with the DEWALT® AIRLOCK™ system and built - in hose wrap provide convenient use and storage. It can handle both wet and dry applications. Powered by the FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX* battery (sold separately), it's an efficient and portable option to achieve OSHA Table 1 compliance on the jobsite. The battery also powers a full range of 60V MAX* tools and is backwards compatible with 20V MAX* tools.

Using the DeWalt DCV585B 60V Max Flexvolt dust extractor is easy. First, make sure you have a fully - charged FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX* battery (which you need to buy separately). Connect the anti - static hose to the extractor using the AIRLOCK™ system. For OSHA - compliant applications, pair it with an appropriate dust shroud. You can use the Wireless Tool Control™ remote to turn the extractor on and off from a distance. When using it for wet or dry applications, just select the appropriate setting. As for maintenance, the automatic filter - cleaning feature helps keep the filters in good condition. But regularly check the HEPA filters and replace them when they are dirty. Also, empty the fleece bag when it's full. When not in use, wrap the hose around the built - in hose wrap for easy storage. Remember to store the unit in a dry place to avoid damage.
