Using the Jet JSG-6CS Sander is easy. First, make sure the power is off and the sander is on a stable surface. Adjust the belt tracking using the dual thumbscrew adjustment or the tracking adjustment knob with the quick-lock handle to keep the belt on track. Use the quick-release belt tension lever to change the sanding belt quickly. For disc changes, use the quick-lock dust cover. You can adjust the tables to 90° or 45° for different sanding angles. The belt sander can be used vertically, horizontally, or at any angle in between. When using, keep your hands away from the moving parts. Always wear safety goggles and a dust mask.
