Greenlee CS8000 Circuit Seeker Circuit Tracer

Using the Greenlee CS8000 Circuit Seeker and Tracer is easy. First, turn on the transmitter and connect it to the circuit you want to trace. Then, power on the receiver. Walk around the area where the wiring is hidden. The receiver will show you the signal strength through graphics on the LCD and an audible signal. If you want to find a blown fuse, just move the receiver around the fuse box. The device will beep when it detects a blown fuse. For short - circuits or breaks in conductors, use the receiver to scan along the wiring. When using the CS8000, make sure to use it within the specified temperature range of 0 - 50°C (32° - 122°F) and at an altitude of no more than 2000 m (6500'). It's for indoor use only. To maintain the battery life, take advantage of the auto power - off feature. Also, the auto backlight on the receiver will help save battery.
