Using the Makita XVR02Z is a breeze. First, make sure you have a compatible 18V LXT Lithium - Ion battery with the star symbol (battery not included). Insert the battery into the tool. Select the appropriate nosepiece and jaw pusher for the rivet size you're working with. Place the rivet into the tool, and it will hold it in place, allowing you to work in any orientation. Align the rivet with the hole and press the trigger to set the rivet. When using the tool, always use genuine Makita batteries and chargers to ensure safety and optimal performance. Keep an eye on the transparent mandrel catch container and empty it when it's full. To maintain your tool, regularly apply the included Molybdenum disulfide grease to the moving parts.
